Paid spreadsheets (Toolkit, Bar Tracker, bundle)

If a file does not work as described, email outilfinance@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your Gumroad receipt and you get a full refund. No form and no need to justify it.

Custom financial model ($149)

After purchase you receive a questionnaire. I reply within 1 business day if something is unclear, deliver within 5 business days of receiving your answers, and make one round of adjustments within 7 days. If the model cannot be built from the information you send, you get a refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad, which handles all payments. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
